      Q: What does a subscription to NEST Fragrances Subscription include?
      A: Inside each month’s box, you’ll find:
      • One Classic Candle
      • One Votive Candle
      • A note from our Founder, Laura Slatkin, on the month’s curated scent
      • A special surprise gift
      All will be housed in a beautiful NEST fragrances box that is perfect for gifting

      Q: How is the NEXT by NEST Subscription Box designed?
      A: At NEST Fragrances, we believe that Mood Matters. Each month, the contents of the subscription box are curated to match the mood of that particular month. The curated scent will come with a fragrance card that goes into detail about how you can enhance and elevate your everyday living with the fragrance of the month.

      Q: When do I purchase my Subscription Box?
      A: NEXT by NEST Subscription Boxes are designed to bring the most seasonally coordinated fragrances to your doorstep. Your NEXT by NEST box will ship during the last week of the prior month for you to receive the perfect fragrance for the month at the start of the month.

      Q: Where does NEST Fragrances Subscription ship to?
      A: The subscription service is currently only available in the U.S. and can ship to any address in the 48 contiguous United States. We cannot ship to addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

      Q: Can I purchase a box without a subscription?
      A: No, sorry. At this time, the only way to receive a NEXT by NEST subscription box is by subscribing to the program for at least 3 months. You may however curate your own box with the custom gift function.

      Q: Can I purchase boxes from past months
      A: Every box is specially curated each month, so they are not available for purchase at later dates. You may however shop for any of these products separately on the NEST Fragrances website.

      Q: How much does the subscription box program cost?
      A: Each Candle subscription box is $56. Each Candle & Reed Diffuser subscription box is $84. You can sign up for a 3-month or 6-month subscription. You will be billed each month, when your subscription ships. When your subscription ends, you will receive a reminder email with the option of renewing your subscription for your preferred time period.

      Q: How much does it cost to ship my subscription box?
      A: Your NEXT by NEST subscription box will ship with our compliments for the length of your subscription.




        Q: Can I purchase a subscription as a gift?
        A: Yes, you have the ability to ship this to a different address than your billing address. Note that we can only ship to one shipping address per transaction. You will have to create another transaction for subsequent subscription box gifts.

        Q: How do I update my subscription details?
        A: You can make adjustments to your shipping address or billing information by logging into your NEST Fragrances Online Account or contacting Customer Service. To make updates online, please log-in into your NEST Fragrances account with your e-mail and unique password to update your information. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Service.

        Please note that your information must be changed by the 23rd of the month to affect the next month’s box. For example, if you would like to update your subscription details for the November box, you will need to do so by October 23rd.

        Q: Can I skip a month?
        A: Not at this time. Your Subscription Box will arrive monthly and cannot be skipped or put on hold. If you need to cancel your subscription, please see our cancelation policy below.




          Q: Can I return items from a box?
          A: We are unable to offer returns or exchanges on the Subscription Box. If something is missing or damaged, please refer to the questions below.

          Q: I received a box with missing product(s). What should I do?

          Q: I didn’t receive this month’s Subscription Box. What should I do?
          A: Please check your order tracking record, which is provided with each shipment confirmation email.




            Q: How can I track my order?
            A: You will receive an email each month with your order number and tracking information when your Subscription Box is on its way.

            Q: When will I receive my Subscription Box?
            A: Your order should arrive by the first week of each month. You will receive an email when your box ships at the end of the month, so you can track it to your doorstep.




              Q: When will I be billed for my subscription?
              A: You will be billed monthly when the order ships for the duration of your subscription.

              Q: What payment methods can I use?
              A: You can pay using a debit card and credit card only. Paypal payments are not accepted for NEXT by NEXT Subscription Box orders.

              Q: Do you charge sales tax?
              A: If applicable, sales tax will be added to your monthly subscription fee.

              Q: Can I use a promo code when purchasing my subscription?
              A: Unfortunately NEXT by NEST Subscription service is not included in website promotions.
